Corporate tours are a relatively new and rapidly developing area of tourism services. With their help, company management solves a wide variety of tasks, from staff motivation to establishing trusting relationships with business partners and customers. In modern management, the organization of corporate travel is indicated by the abbreviation MICE, which reflects the main directions of this activity:
Meetings (business meetings and trips). The purpose of such tours is an active search for customers and business partners, making deals, entering new markets, presenting products and services.
Incentives (incentive trips). This is a powerful tool to stimulate and motivate employees, increase their loyalty, performance, and integration into the corporate culture of the company.
Conferences (conferences). Travel, the purpose of which is to exchange experiences with other organizations, discuss current problems and trends in certain areas of business, a joint search for solutions and mutually beneficial development strategies.
Events / Exhibitions (corporate events, exhibitions). Participation in exhibitions to demonstrate their goods and services, or, conversely, search them with other suppliers, as well as attract new customers and partners.
Within these main areas, many narrower ones are distinguished – for example, team building tours, corporate events, business trainings, excursions, etc. MICE services are provided by travel and event agencies, exhibition centers, a congress bureau, some hotels, etc. .
Organization of corporate leisure and travel
Carrying out corporate tours is a complex and responsible activity, including the following services:
development of offers for clients, business and cultural programs;
booking hotels and tickets, arranging insurance, arranging transfers;
preparation and conduct of business, motivational events;
consultations on obtaining visas, monitoring their registration;
organization of interaction between service providers with each other and with the client;
technical support for events (equipment preparation, guest accommodation, etc.);

Many companies, in order to save money, try to independently organize and conduct corporate trips.
